hah. this is for sarara.

this is my very own recipe. I call it as old fashioned choc cupcakes. I created this as I was making cupcakes years ago fulfilling  friends' and family' orders as they request for super moist bake-base dark choc cupcakes and, as I also want my cakes to not popping up too high in the cupcakes casing for topping and buttercream on the top. this recipe posted as also requested by my sweet sarara so that she could have something fun to do during her semester break :).

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup sugar

2 large eggs

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

well, the steps are always the same. cream the butter and sugar. then pour in the essence and break in the two eggs. beat till they fluff, scoop the flour, that already combined with the baking soda and baking powder, one at a time into the batter. dont bring in the flour all at once. you might make a mess out of that. along came in the choc powder, afterwards pour in the milk into the mixture. mix until well-combined, and it's ready for the cute cupcakes casing. fill in around 3/4 the cupcakes casing and it's ready for the oven that had been 45-minutes-pre-heated for 10 to 15mins.

This is it. I meant her. Emmi Natasha. A blogger, just like me. We knew thru blogging. I'd like to link yall her blogpage but sadly it's a private blog. Aihh. Anyways. The deal had been made like for weeks. We planned to hang out together since we've been communicating with each other thru YM, Twitter, and of course Facebook. Frankly, in the virtual world. We did exchanged our mobile numbers, right before my BF's little sister' engagement day so that if I attended the event we could meet there. Unfortunately I was freaking busy and cant make it to the engagement ceremony. But then... look. You see. We finally met. Emmi just finished with her final examination for this semester and we planned to meet right after she done with the papers. I promised her Tutti Frutti treats and I did kept my words. Ngeee XD. Super happy to finally see each other that day. I picked her up with WRN at her hostel in IIUM, I was pretty nervous back there. Well, havent see each other kan. :P But then as we started to talk and chit chat, not a single awkwardness gloom in me. Hee. We talked about almost everything. I was like, I wished I didnt even wanna drive, just talk and chit and chat till I puke bhaha. Had such a great time wih Emmi. And am so ecstatic to be the person to introduce Tuti Frutti to Emmi. She have been craving for it for so long *that's what she told me la* and plus, I was super crazy with this froyo, I absolutely gone insane la with it hihi.  Shortly, thank you Emmi for the time. If I wanna tell yall every single thing we did on that day, ....idk. So many to tell. Hihi. But to finally meet Emmi was super FUN!

After A While.

Yeahh. Last time we all hang out, three of us, was when our Sha got engaged, back in Muar. Even that one I didn't consider that as hang out since we stayed at Sha's house for 2days and 1night. Hurm lemme think. Ohh. The other time was still at the same BK we are as today, BK KLCC during eve of Maal Hijrah. Haaaaa, such a relief to get along, catching up on each other.

Yes dear. Nothing in this world that I do aint for you. You know how deep I care about you. How much I put my love on you. But then, dont you ever dare to compare of how big is my love to you among people surrounding me. You should know me. You should know me better. For almost 5 years weve been together. And yes. Dont you ever compare me with the other girls that you ever knew, seen. Because if you do, you just put me into a condition. I mean situation where I can never accept, I believe, as it is a disgrace towards me. Am sorry. I just dont really know how to put it nicely. But that is exactly how I feel if you do so.

And as for today, thank you for everything. I had a great time even the movie was too crappy for us. But yeah, sometimes silly movies could burst out our tautness into joy. And I kinda like it. Hope you enjoy the treat. And yeah, mine was better right dear. So next time I wanna give you a surprise, I should know better. Though I cant have the you for the whole day. I know youre in a rush.

Ohh. Hey all. Yes. Me here. Safely landed on KBR from KUL two days ago. Too lazy to post about what's happening as I reached KBR. Soon la ehh. Hihi. Dont worry. I'll keep yall updated in a few. As am about to tell you is, I just finished making kek batik couple of minutes ago. And surprise, surprise... I've been practicing wearing the kain batik on my very own. Ha-ha. So new to me as Mom always told me that she can never imagine seeing me in a proper kain batik, put on in a proper way, nicely fold as it should be (not such sewed as paired with baju Kurung okayy). So, as I put on my batik sarong... then I decide to make a kek batik. I was quite bored just now and that derived me to bake or make something. I'll say a treat. Plusminus after 15mins, I finished with my kek batik and I sat down, had a glass of refreshing soy milk... then I realized that #bhaha, I was wearing my batik sarong while making my kek batik. As Smelly text-ed, "Hehe...buat kek batik, pakai kain batik. Ohh so sexy."

ohh last night we went to have satay for dinner again. actually we have no exact idea where to dine. and then ended up makan satay here. i think we kinda getting bored with our usual eateries. yeah. nak kena discover tempat baru nih. you guys got the suggestions..? later on inbox me alright ;]

whaaaaaat a great Monday i had today. my special someone off-day today and we hangout together. lagipun i memang off every sundays and mondays. gawsh. thou we didnt see each other for like...4-5days i guess. but dont know why. it feels like we havent see each other like forevah. ape derr. i know. i know. im lame. say it. like i care. okay. so since he got up pretty...no-no not just pretty..but so very late today, so he picked me up late. good god. at what time he got home last night. tak subuh ke. urghh. that annoys me, very. each and everytime he hang out with his friends, selalu je balik lambat. sangat lambat plak tuh. thank god hes cute. hes too cute for meh. *perghh aku pon nak termuntah ngan ayat nih* if he wasnt that darn cute, ill be super angry and mad at him by the time he arrived. 
so off we go to KTM Sentul. We're collecting the ticket that we booked for my balik kampung this RAYA. punya la sengal. they cant trace our id number given. dang it. tanak lama plak kan tercengang kat kaunter tu. they called Central to retrace. new booking bla bla bla.
and finally, i got mine. thank goodness. if i cant be home in kelantan this Raya, ill sue KTM. bhaha. as we headed out form the station, i realized that ive never balik kampung by train from KL. surprise, surprise. all this while we bought tickets for syakirah, our friends, other friends and seriously. i myself tak pernah. hurm. so this is new for me. i think.
and off we went to jusco wangsa maju. our favorite jusco since we met.ecece.
thou most outlets in the jusco were under renovation, still be our favourite jusco.
maybe coz mase awal awal bercinta dulu suke lepak sini kot. maklumla time study kan. malas nak gi jauh jauh. too many memories. sweet memories, most of it.
as we arrived, terjah mcd. craving for sundaes. not really in the mood for oreo mcflurry. so i got vanilla and zul got chocolato. afterwards, shopping for groceries at the supermarkets section while indulging ourselves with our sundae. lotsa and lotsa stuffs i bought. i even got two CAMIORs from my special someone. aww look at yuh. being this sweet sweet sweet-y pie. thank you much hunn. ohh we also redeemed our jusco vouchers as our points collected dah banyak sangat. so we use some of it to redeem few vouchers. worth it you know.
settled with jusco and foodstuffs, we went for jalan jalan here and there.
since it's been quite a month we both tak makan burger Ipin, so tadi pekena. as he said, and i quoted, "never been better. awesome as always". ye ah. our favorite street burger tu. gawsh. even the owner of burger Ipin kenal we both. penah this one time, brader burger tu cakap, "korang still bersama eyh. bagus nye. dah bape tahun aku tgk korang ni". it felt really good at that time. dari zul keje Diner' sampai now, keje Digi. Burger Ipin favorite kitorang.
i ordered extra lettuce beef burger and zul got double patties oblong beef burger. thats crazy. i know. oblong and double patties. gawsh. done with our burger and he send me home.


whoa. this entry a bit long than usual eyh.
ape pon, i really had a great time today.
we both pretty busy with our work and stuffs.
we really should have more of this...often.
(psst...am looking forward for a vacay etc. cambest. nak plan ngan sha,mamay etc lah. but kena tunggu next gaji i supposed ha-ha)

well hello July!

supposed to be posted ytd. but i kinda got so so so many things to do. been busy ya know. but i think it's not too late to yell out, Good bye June. sweet sweet June. will always be my favorite month. ngee XD. and welcome aboard July. may you bring along all the joyous and prosperous together with you to enlighten my days ahead. so, been busy ytd in the kitchen ya know. woke up early. drop lil monsters off to school. do the laundry and dishes. at about 11a.m Baba asked me to go to Pendek, Peasir Mas visiting my Chek (grandpapa) there. so, off i went there alone. but I stopped by the kedai, bought some Chek's favorite sweet desserts. so glad to see Chek and nenek also my cousins there. got cencaru bakar as am heading back. thanks cuzzy hajar for that. promised her to send my cuppacakeys to IIUM if i went there to see salsya. *mmuachs*. on my way back, bought lauk for lunch as i already masak nasi before i left for Pendek. reached home, preparing lunch as hanif and iqbal got back from school. then i started to think about pasta and pizza night that i planned days before. *tungtangtungtang* in the kitchen. i made homemade meatballs for pasta night. as meatballs ready and i throw 'em into the fridge, i begin to prepare the ingredients for my steamed choc cake. put in the mixture into the steamer at 4 p.m. for an hour and as the cake ready, got dressed up to pick lil monsters up from Al Munir at 5. them both were so thrilled as i baked the choc cake and asked me to drive faster home caused they wanna grab a slice of it. hihi. *surprise much eyh* sekali makan dah separuh kek nye. am glad to see them happy. for dinner, i changed pasta night to last night. so, cooked spaghetti with beef meatballs for dinner. also, i made deep fried   flour-coated mushrooms as i got fresh mushrooms, ayah gave me earlier in the morning. totally drained right after i finished all those. kinda slept early last night but surprisingly woke up at about 2.10 a.m. have never been this "too rajin" thingy before. but am happy on doing all those for my loved ones. in fact, yah cooking is so not my expertise but i can cook. i just love baking more. that's it. hihi. i snapped some pictures. you guys pls dont drool over my blog yah. ngee XD XD. till next time.
