here we go.
my pancake recipe.
very simple and super easy, yet fluffy
you will love it.
these are what you need.
2 tbsp of butter/margarine
4 tbsp of sugar
1 egg
3/4 - 1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
cream the butter and sugar. then break in the egg.
right after that, spoon the flour one at a time into the butter-sugar-egg mixture.
and slowly pour the milk and vanilla essence, also the cinnamon powder.
mix until the batter is well-combined.
pour/spoon/scoop the batter onto the frying pan and let it cook for 2-3min right
before you flip your pancake.
As they are all ready, stack on the serving plate.
Ready to serve with maple syrup (my favourite), choc syrup or maybe home-made blackberry syrup.
If yall wanna know how to make home-made blackberry or any berry syrup, tell me soon.
And I'll post it for you okayy.
Hope you two are happy with the recipe.
Anything, let me know.
Happy cooking :).

am a pancake lover ya know. as today i woke up early, prepping my two lil monsters for school. take over Mom's role for about a moment. Mom's away for 3days. She flew to KL yesterday for some kind of meeting related to her job. Baba sent her to the airport as her flight was scheduled at 1630hrs. so, back to the title. ngaha. quite bored today. my runny nose still lingering and being quite inappropriate to me.
*nak keluar tak kasi salam pon. ceh!*
lately kinda lots of errands that i got from people surrounding me. but am okay with it. i'd love to help people especially my loved ones. i got to fix the toilet flusher, cook (sometimes), drive my relatives to the grocery store, unlock the accidentally locked door knob, be a runner for almost everything, drive my lil monsters to school, picked 'em up, prepping for meals, laundry, dishes, feeding the cats, grant all wishes and kemahuan my siblings, helping my cousin with her essay as she's applying to study in the UK, write testimony, helpingmy friend to register the ePinjaman for PTPN and such. aih. etc etc. so many things to do, you see. but i do understand, these are actually common daily routines. i have no problem with all those. i know am not the only person dealing with all of these homeworks. listing just for fun alright. so, i found this one game. flash game to be exact. that clickclick games thingy ya know. as above, it's the fluffy fluffy away game. cute ya know. as mentioned above, ama huge fan of pancakes and waffles etc etc. in this game, i need to prepare the ingredients, batter and lastly serving the pancakes. such baby game. very easy. u just have to click whatever u see. piece of junk right. no. piece of cake, i mean. ehe. the character is so cute, named Emily the little chef. you should try. if you got nothing to do la. this is the url. u can just click it. lotsa game here. maybe some of you out there have seen or been to this page.
*ala, page ni femes kot.saje je nk iklan kot kot ade yang tak tahu*
click FRIV.
there. happy clicking. dont get bored. have a great Wednesday.

poink poink te-poink~
well well well
look what we have here
some snapsnap-s
ngeheheh:D
it's occured on july 30th actually
salsya wanted to have her 'bkak puasa' again...with me
so,we were like discussing and discussing until
salsya came out with a brilliant idea
she said something like this,
"ape kate kita cookcook kat rumah kau, then aku bkak puasa kt sana"
so,i was like,whoa!! bijakbijak
so i picked her up at one of IIUM's bus stop, near the lady's so-called reacreation hall
and off we head to jusco Wangsa Maju again.
i planned to cook pasta for salsya's buka puasa
so i bought San Remo's spaghetti,Prego's Tomato Puree, meatballs(planning to buy mince meat and roll my very own meatball, but there's no minced beef there...so,i bought the ready-to-cook-meatballs),chicken drummet, canned button mushroom, some snacks and Twister's duo drinks.
after we finished with the ingredients,
we rode my scootie mootie to my house.
preparing for the pasta coz it's already 6.35 p.m.
salsya fried those chic drummets and i prepared for the pasta
since salsya will be having a sleepover at my house so,she changed into my 'baju kelawar' instead any of my nightshirts coz she said she needed something loose and comfy

my long hair------short oredi~
salsya slept at 4.30a.m. in the morning coz she's watching Hannah Montana The movie and Beverly Hill's Chihuahua after we had our 27 Dresses before that
cik su already left early at 8a.m. .....maybe..... for work

after we finished with our breakfast...or brunch...or lunch...whatever
slurp~ slurp~

maple syrup...lite one,good for health ha-ha
for our pancakes

taraaaa~

salsya never had my pancakes before
so,that day...pancake takes the cakes hahaha
..and she said it was fabulous and so yummy~
weeee~! ^^

here comes the spaghetti...
extraextra super mooshie mushrooms

thick sauce for my spaghetti..cant wait~

u guys...try this :D
my family and i do enjoy pancakes very much no matter during breakfast, brunch, lunch, [so many to list down] or even dinner. so here, i published one of my pancake recipes. it's so easy that everybody could try. go ahead. you'll love it.
banana pancakes
• 115g plain flour or all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 140ml milk (i prefer full cream)
• a pinch of salt
• 2 knobs of butter
• 3 tablespoons caster sugar
• 4 bananas
• crème fraîche,or fresh cream to serve on top
serving for 6
oke,here:
Separate the eggs, putting the whites into one bowl and the yolks into another.
Combine the plain flour, baking powder and milk with the egg yolks and mix until it forms a smooth, thick batter.
As for the white, whisk with the salt until they form stiff peaks.
Fold the whites into the batter – it is now ready to use. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a moderate heat.
Pour some batter into the non-stick frying pan and fry for a couple of minutes until it starts to look golden and firm. Loosen with a spatula and turn or flip the pancake over.

Continue frying until golden.
Melt the butter and sugar in a separate pan over a low heat until they form a caramel sauce – about 3 mins.
Peel and cut the bananas lengthways, add them to the pan and cook gently until they are golden, turning after a few minutes. You might need to alter the cooking time slightly, depending on how ripe your bananas are. Serve them on the pancakes topped with a good spoonful of crème fraîche or fresh cream... or maybe whipped cream[PERFECT~!!].
