Corn Custard Pudding.

1 cup custard flour
1 can creamy sweet corn
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3 cups water

combine all ingredients in one big pot and cook with a medium heat until it get creamy and thick.
after that, pour the custard mixture into tupperwares.
let it cool before you put it in the fridge.
cut into bit size cubes to serve.

family gathering.

that's wani. one of my cousins. my favourite cousin. peace-ing while im on my effort to snap the happiness we cherished during this day. the day that ayah invited us all, family members in KL to gather up for family break fasting at ayah's house in bandar tun razak. everyone was there. got bonda, ciksu, cik c, even kak long. so happy to gather up again like this. we had nasi ayam, ibu's specialty. there were soy milk with cincau, bandung, honey dew drinks. our homemade popiah, and as y'all can see got akok there, buah melaka, currypuffs and cik c even bought a box of 6 Dunkin Donut's doughnuts. also got tepung pelita and mini roti john, homemade you know. so many things lah to be listed. but of alls, we had a great time. seeing and catching up on each other. cant wait to catch my flight to KB soon on the next weekend. i miss mom, baba, my brothers and sisters. and also as syakirah is home now, am so can wait no longer.

Ulcers.

Hey y'all. Happy fasting and happy Thursday. Gawsh. It's been like weeks I haven't updated my blog. And I truly missed doing this blogging. How's everybody been doing lately? And are you guys doing ☺kay this month of Ramadhan? Very hoping that y'all just fine and I really hope we'll get thru this fasting month with patience and good health. Well for me, am doing all good except for I got ulcers starting on Ramadhan the 5th. T_T. Can never imagine y'all. Three ulcers all at once. Damn hurt. I got twins on my upper right lip and one sticking on the gum on my lower left jaw. Hurting me each everyday. I hardly smile coz that will stretchen out my lips and DANG! That hurts, man. Until last night, my friend been rumbling abt my ulcer. They ask me to put salt on 'em to heal faster. I have no bonjela, so I've decided to go with my friends and hsemate's suggestion.
And you know what. As I put a lil amount of salt on one of the twins, the other ulcer bleed like hell. God. The salt was like almost killed me. I cried hard. Even Sha cant stand seeing me crying because of the ulcers. i suffered you know. But still few days after, the ulders still there...annoys me, giving me hard time to smile, more else distracting me while am in my fasting month. Thank God so far, am strong enough to be distracted by these annoying killing ulcers.

ramadhan is back. as for that picture above. it was a 'buka puasa' with my classmates once ago. ohh how i miss that moment so much and also missing my friends. was held at Pizza Hut in Wangsa Maju, the big one next to 24-hours KFC near NZ. i wish we could gather up again as last year for 'buka puasa'. any place will do guys.

the day he took you away from me. you're my scar that can never be closed. even dr mellissa cried that day baby. ohh how we love you so bad baby. and i can never stop missing you. just so you know, mel, sha and manap was there to see you for the last time. mel can't help himself from tears, baby. you know how much he loves to play with you right. dear zul can't be there for the last time baby, cause he's working. but he's the one that found you on the G floor, right. which at that time mommy cant stand watching filled with silence. all shots are taken by manap's iPhone. mommy hopes that you rest in peace baby. and always remember that mommy loves you dearly.

Ramadhan the 2nd.

i went back. nobody ask me to. i just wanna get back to cheras. so that i can save more, ya know. can buka puasa with my sister and brother in law. during buka puasa i got fresh soy milk and currypuffs. different from the forst day of Ramadhan break fasting. onichi cook this super delish ayam masak pedas. thou i cant eat chicken, but still the taste was superb. speaking of break fasting. i'd love to tell y'all about my menu i hadduring the first Ramadhan. as i missed kelantan so much, i got myself all kelantanese cuisine that i love the most. i bought kueh akok, nasi kerabu and beef murtabak. nothing can go against these three. they reminds me a lot of Kelantan. am so missing home right now. wish that i could fly home. but not yet. i'll fly home with AirAsia this August the 25th for the first time. never fly with AirAsia before. really hoping that the service is okay by the time i fly with them. so, enough about that.
it feel so good and just right break fasting with the family, you know. and am so glad that i can do that with my sister. and that makes me think about syakirah. mya nother sister. i wonder what she's been doing right now. is she's fasting. how she's been doing and stuffs. i just miss her a lot. wish that she will come back home very soon. i did get calls from here once in a while. but,  ... i dont know.
am still mourning philly's death. everything that i do reminds me of her. sadly that i cant get her back and she cant experience this bless Ramadhan here with me.
ohh baby, mommy misses u a lot.

Eid Mubarak

well. thou it's already Ramadhan the 2nd. i guess not that late for me to wish y'all fellow followers and friends out there with 'selamat berpuasa' for this year. hope y'all can make it till the day the 30th. and as this blessed Ramadhan arrives, i'd like to ask for forgiveness from all of you out there as i might done any wrongdoings towards you. let's all make this Ramadhan a moment for us to check up on what we've done all this while. who knows if there will be no Ramadhan for us soon. we cant tell that. i believe that nobody's perfect in this world. and i do believe that we can't be perfect be we could be better.

last CNY

ive been meaning to post this entry months ago. but, ya know. am so nyanyuk and lembap sometimes. dant wanna talk much on this entry. all i can say is, we went back to KL from KB by train. *choochoo* Cant remember what Ekpress they called it, but am pretty sure we were on those open coaches thingy. with those beds and the pillows etc. departured from Pasir Mas on 1835 and arriving at KL Central at about 1200 noon on the next day. cant really rmmber lor the exact time we arrived. so just the four of us, onichi, abg tofic, syakirah and me! ngee  XD XD. till then, mmmuachs!

USHER baby!

had a great July 7 this year. me went to usher concert with my best friend. gawsh. it was phenomenal. the performance. opening by Mizz Nina. the dancers. Usher himself. cant stop smiling ya know. thou missed to go to KL Live for Showdown 2010 "Show Me What You Got" night, but am  super happy to be at Bukit Jalil. it's Usher baby. not everyday you got a day like this. reminiscing those old and brand new songs. ahh. i was like physically happy and almost losing my voice afterwards.ya know.  with all the shoutings and sing-a-long and screaming crazy out loud etc etc. whoa! just love it.

p/s: there are few pics from Ira's. thanks for those, babe. and for those who follows my twitter, ya know i updated almost everything there right. so y'all must have found out that am craaaaaazy for this. i even tweeted few pics during th show.crazy baby. crazy. am so happy that i could die. thank you y'all.

Look at her. Looks kinda glum. Am worried. I woke up early this morning as onichi said philly vomitted here and there. So I got up, clean all those mess. Thinking. Is there's something wrong with philly. Am looking forward to bring herr to see Dr Mell for check ups soon. In fact, it's been quite a while we haven't seen our beloved vet. Anyway, am in KL now. well hello July!

supposed to be posted ytd. but i kinda got so so so many things to do. been busy ya know. but i think it's not too late to yell out, Good bye June. sweet sweet June. will always be my favorite month. ngee XD. and welcome aboard July. may you bring along all the joyous and prosperous together with you to enlighten my days ahead. so, been busy ytd in the kitchen ya know. woke up early. drop lil monsters off to school. do the laundry and dishes. at about 11a.m Baba asked me to go to Pendek, Peasir Mas visiting my Chek (grandpapa) there. so, off i went there alone. but I stopped by the kedai, bought some Chek's favorite sweet desserts. so glad to see Chek and nenek also my cousins there. got cencaru bakar as am heading back. thanks cuzzy hajar for that. promised her to send my cuppacakeys to IIUM if i went there to see salsya. *mmuachs*. on my way back, bought lauk for lunch as i already masak nasi before i left for Pendek. reached home, preparing lunch as hanif and iqbal got back from school. then i started to think about pasta and pizza night that i planned days before. *tungtangtungtang* in the kitchen. i made homemade meatballs for pasta night. as meatballs ready and i throw 'em into the fridge, i begin to prepare the ingredients for my steamed choc cake. put in the mixture into the steamer at 4 p.m. for an hour and as the cake ready, got dressed up to pick lil monsters up from Al Munir at 5. them both were so thrilled as i baked the choc cake and asked me to drive faster home caused they wanna grab a slice of it. hihi. *surprise much eyh* sekali makan dah separuh kek nye. am glad to see them happy. for dinner, i changed pasta night to last night. so, cooked spaghetti with beef meatballs for dinner. also, i made deep fried   flour-coated mushrooms as i got fresh mushrooms, ayah gave me earlier in the morning. totally drained right after i finished all those. kinda slept early last night but surprisingly woke up at about 2.10 a.m. have never been this "too rajin" thingy before. but am happy on doing all those for my loved ones. in fact, yah cooking is so not my expertise but i can cook. i just love baking more. that's it. hihi. i snapped some pictures. you guys pls dont drool over my blog yah. ngee XD XD. till next time.

pagi semua.

uhh ohh. today woke up kinda late for Subuh. but still 6.30a.m *yaaaaawn*. i didnt cook anything for breakfast today. planning for some pancakes, but naaah. it's already late. as usual, helping my two lil monsters for school, drive 'em and drop them off at the zebra crossing. there is a 'pakcik' to guide 'em to cross the road. *yawn again* pretty sleepy this morning. we had toast for breakfast today. and as usual also, baba will brew our morning coffee and definitely just for syukri, nescafe tarik. special edition. as i returned home, i drop by at ayah's mushroom barn. as ayah there, checking up on his mushrooms to be picked and selected. i got these guys from ayah.

so happy. so, there will crispy flour-coated mushrooms in today's lunch menu. yeay! look at these guys. arent they gorgeous. they're big and fresh. and belows are before ayah picked 'em up. uhh ohh mushy mushrooms. ngaha!

i think am gonna head back to bed. kinda sleepy lor. just for few minutes nap i think. again *yawn*. still, my runny nose havent stop yet. i really hope that it wont lead to demam or whatsoever (WSE). gawsh. i took my prescription alright. but still. urghh. oh how i wish i could make this flu go away. till then y'all, have a wonderful Thursday and a great week ahead. be nice to people and will udpate my blog soon. *hwugs*

am a pancake lover ya know. as today i woke up early, prepping my two lil monsters for school. take over Mom's  role for about a moment. Mom's away for 3days. She flew to KL yesterday for some kind of meeting related to her job. Baba sent her to the airport as her flight was scheduled at 1630hrs. so, back to the title. ngaha. quite bored today. my runny nose still lingering and being quite inappropriate to me.

lately kinda lots of errands that i got from people surrounding me. but am okay with it. i'd love to help people especially my loved ones. i got to fix the toilet flusher, cook (sometimes), drive my relatives to the grocery store, unlock the accidentally locked door knob, be a runner for almost everything, drive my lil monsters to school, picked 'em up, prepping for meals, laundry, dishes, feeding the cats, grant all wishes and kemahuan my siblings, helping my cousin with her essay as she's applying to study in the UK, write testimony, helpingmy friend to register the ePinjaman for PTPN and such. aih. etc etc. so many things to do, you see. but i do understand, these are actually common daily routines. i have no problem with all those. i know am not the only person dealing with all of these homeworks. listing just for fun alright. so, i found this one game. flash game to be exact. that clickclick games thingy ya know. as above, it's the fluffy fluffy away game. cute ya know. as mentioned above, ama huge fan of pancakes and waffles etc etc. in this game, i need to prepare the ingredients, batter and lastly serving the pancakes. such baby game. very easy. u just have to click whatever u see. piece of junk right. no. piece of cake, i mean. ehe. the character is so cute, named Emily the little chef. you should try. if you got nothing to do la. this is the url. u can just click it. lotsa game here. maybe some of you out there have seen or been to this page.
